We handle everything from concept to installation with a focus on craftsmanship, detail, and elevated design. Taylor’s passion for design and her instinct for creating unique spaces inspired her to start Rustic Trendz.She began this journey with her dad, and now I proudly carry it on with my husband, keeping his spirit and our shared vision alive.

Taylor Hedrick is the founder and lead designer of Rustic Trendz, a Bakersfield-born and raised creative whose roots run deep in the community she loves. For more than a decade, Taylor has had the privilege of designing and decorating homes throughout Bakersfield—bringing her signature blend of warmth, comfort, and timeless California style to every project. She is married to her best friend, Clinton, who officially joined Rustic Trendz full-time in 2025, and together they make home design a family affair. Their two children, Trey (6) and Blair (2), are the heart of their world and the inspiration behind Taylor’s belief that home should be a place where beautiful design meets real life. When she’s not dreaming up interiors, you’ll find Taylor cheering on her kids at sports, traveling with her family, or exploring inspiration wherever she goes. She is deeply grateful to serve the Bakersfield community and to continue creating spaces that feel personal, lived-in, and loved.
