The Appaloosa House was brought to life through a collaborative partnership between Rustic Trendz and Code Construction. As the project’s design-build contractor and construction manager, Code Construction led the home’s spatial planning, construction management, custom millwork and cabinetry design, and developed the technical layouts and 3D renderings that guided the renovation from concept through completion. Their team managed the execution of the build and coordinated the transformation of the home’s architectural vision into reality alongside our team.

Building upon that foundation, Rustic Trendz led the interior design direction by curating the home’s finishes, fixtures, furnishings, lighting, décor, and styling to create a warm, cohesive, and elevated living experience. Through close collaboration, both teams combined their expertise to deliver a thoughtfully designed home where architectural function and interior aesthetics work seamlessly together. The Appaloosa House was a year-long transformation that reflects Rustic Trendz’ expertise in both renovation design and curated home styling.
