The Appaloosa House is a modern transformation of an existing ranch-style home, where we expanded the footprint and reimagined the layout to create a more functional and elevated family space. The renovation included adding square footage to accommodate two additional rooms, a guest bedroom, a new primary bedroom, and a full primary bathroom. This project began with construction plans in collaboration with our contractor to ensure all updates met code requirements, followed by architectural plans, structural decisions, and design development. Once the foundation of the home was reworked, Rustic Trendz took the lead on the full interior design and furnishing of every space.

Throughout the home, we incorporated custom cabinetry, detailed woodwork, and thoughtfully selected finishes — from paint colors and flooring to hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and more. Every choice was made to bring warmth, cohesion, and a timeless, modern-ranch feel to the property. The design process included detailed mood boards, renderings, and a fully furnished final installation. From construction to completion, the Appaloosa House was a year-long transformation that reflects Rustic Trendz’ expertise in both renovation design and curated home styling.
